Abstract (English)
The invention relates to a straight-suction negative-pressure metal cutting dust-collecting table, in particular to a processing machine and a dust-collecting table arranged above a processing table and under the processing table. One side of the processing machine is provided with a door-opening slide plate which can move back and forth along with the processing action of the processing machine. The same side of the dust-collecting table corresponding to the door-opening slide plate is provided with an air box, an air opening, an air door, an air pipe and an air blower, wherein the air box is provided with a dust-collecting opening; a slant plate is arranged above the air box to lead the smoke and dust to enter the air box from the dust-collecting opening; cutting chips fall onto a bottom plate of the dust-collecting table from the slant plate; the air opening leading to the air pipe is closed by the air door; the air pipe is provided with a joint component; one end of the joint component is connected with the air door, and the other end of the joint component can be pressed by the door-opening slide plate to form a seesaw state; when the door-opening slide plate moves to the joint component, the air door can be automatically opened, meanwhile, the smoke and dust in the air box can be sucked into the air pipe, and then, the smoke and dust generated during the processing can be sucked out by the air blower. Therefore, the suffusion of the smoke and dust during the processing can be avoided.

直吸式負壓金屬切割集塵台


本發明涉及一種直吸式負壓金屬切割集塵台，特別涉及在加工台的上方與下方設有加工機與集塵台，加工機一側設有開門滑板，開門滑板可以隨著加工機的加工動作前後移動，集塵台對應於開門滑板的同一側設有風箱、風口、風門、風管與鼓風機，風箱上設有集塵口，風箱上方設有斜板，讓煙塵可以從集塵口進入風箱，切削屑則從斜板落至集塵台底板，並由風門封閉通往風管的風口，風管上設有關節組件，關節組件一端連接於風門，關節組件另一端則可以受到開門滑板的壓制，而形成一翹翹板狀態，當開門滑板移動至關節組件時，即會自動打開風門，讓風箱中的煙塵可以被吸入風管，再由鼓風機將加工時所產生的煙塵吸出。 通過本發明可以避免加工時煙塵迷漫。
